This Permit entitles the Permittee to conduct the following land-use activities in order to construct, install, and maintain power lines connecting the Ekati Mine main camp electricity to the Misery camp, along Misery haul road:a) the use of motorized drilling equipment in the construction and installation of power lines;b) use of equipment listed in the land use permit application dated May 22, 2014;c) construction of access pads extending from the north side of Misery Haul Road; andd) installation, operation, and maintenance of underground and overhead power lines.
