Water use and deposits associated with construction and operation of the Mackenzie Gas Project in the Dehcho Area.  Water withdrawal, constructing and maintaining winter access roads, pipeline travel lane,watercourse and road crossings.
After a public process in early 2016, both the NEB and OROGO extended the sunset clause to December 31, 2022.
