Municipal Water Licence  - Construction of a new water treatment plant to be located on the same site location as the existing water treatment plant. Obtain raw water from Trout Lake to be stored in the water reservoir twice per year. It is estimated that approximately 11000m3 and 16000m3 of water in the design year 2034 from the raw water source.  Disposal of wastewater generated from the treatment of raw water (to produce potable water) into the sewage lagoon. Surface dischatge of the generated wastewater from the backwashing of the membrane filtration system in the new water treatment plant. Replaced by MV2018L3-0001.
