The project consists of building a 9.85 kilometre ice bridge for the Community of Trout Lake, south easterly and with a 5.5 kilometre winter road along a previous route used in 1991 and again in 2006. The site/source was ground-truthed under two previous LUP Permits, N1990X0443 and MV2007Q0047.   In February and March of 2013 it is planned to execute the work by excavating, load and haul the required 20,000 M3 would be  crushed to Airport specifications, 16 mm class and the remaining 5,000 M3 would be left in stockpile.
