​This project is to develop, use and reclaim borrow material to repair (lifting and surfacing) the Howards Pass Access Road (HPAR) from Km 62 to Km 78 of the HPAR. In addition, this material will be used to repair the approaches to Placer and Steel Creek Bridge. Selwyn Chihong Mining LTD. (SCML) must complete repair activities on bridge approach abutments on two bridges (Placer and Steel Creek) located within the Northwest Territories on the Howards Pass Access Road and the Placer Creek hill capping.
