This Licence entitles the Government of the Northwest Territories Department of Infrastructure to deposit Waste for the purpose of the Construction and use of Quarry at KM 80 of the Tłı̨chǫ All-Season Road.The scope of this licence includes the following:i. Construction, operation, and maintenance of quarries;ii. quarrying;iii. depositing of Waste; andiv. progressive Reclamation and associated Closure and Reclamation activities.
