​This Permit entitles the Permittee to conduct Care and Maintenance of the NICO Advanced Mineral Exploration Property to include the following land-use operation:

a) Use of drills;b) Quarrying;c) Fuel Storage;d) Operation of a camp;e) Winter road; andf) Upgrade of all-weather trails in the Lou Lake area.

This Permit was previously permitted under LUP W2009C0001 and W2016C0002.
