The MVLWB will be hosting an Effluent Quality Criteria Workshop for Snap Lake. The workshop will be held at the Nunasi Building in the Genesis Room 201. This workshop is intended for Parties actively involved in the Renewal and Amendment process who are already well versed in the various submissions made throughout the regulatory process to date by De Beers.

The purpose is to:

• Discuss the proposed Effluent Quality Criteria presented at various times during the regulatory process to allow reviewers the opportunity to ask any follow up questions; and

• Identify which Effluent Quality Criteria are being proposed for approval with Licence issuance.
