The Draft Engagement Policy and the Draft Guidelines for Applicants and Holders of Water Licences and Land Use Permits address concerns raised by Aboriginal governments/organizations and applicants to the regulatory process respecting consultation and engagement.

The Working Group responsible for developing the draft documents prepared a Cover Letter and an FAQ document that provided reviewers with additional information about the process and whom to contact regarding the Policy and Guidelines.
