Beginning January 26, 2021, the WLWB will be holding a Technical Session for the Rayrock - Type A Water Licence and Type A Land Use Permit Applications (W2020L8-0003 and W2020X-0005). This session will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, as well as at Tree of Peace in Yellowknife. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, only invited guests may attend in person. Those invited guests must bring their own laptop, headset, and mask to the session.
The purpose of this three-day Technical Session is to provide a forum where parties can discuss their questions and concerns directly with the proponent and its consultants about the Crown-Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada - Containments and Remediation Division (CIRNAC - CARD)’s Applications to conduct remediation work for the Rayrock Project.
