This Permit entitles Arctic Canadian Diamond Company Ltd. to conduct the following land-use activities in order to construct, install, and maintain power lines connecting the Ekati Mine main camp electricity to the Misery camp, along Misery haul road:a) the use of motorized drilling equipment in the construction and installation of power lines;b) use of equipment listed in the land use permit application dated May 22, 2014;c) construction of access pads extending from the north side of Misery Haul Road; andd) installation, operation, and maintenance of underground and overhead power lines.
The Project is to connect electricity from the Ekati Main Camp to Misery Camp along the Misery Haul Road near Lac de Gras, NT.
