This Licence entitles the Licensee to construct an embankment, replace a culvert at location 62° 47’01.25” N and 115° 58’24.09” W, and placement of fill into ponded wet areas from km 240 to 243 of NWT Highway 3 to bring the road grade up to the design height.
This Licence is for surface repair works from Km 240 to 243 on Highway 3.
